Currently, I am focused on Agentic AI, producing unique and award-winning open source technology in the field of Artificial Intelligence (my Claudine agent won AI hack Berlin at Google), teaching Agentic AI to other developers (especially in Kotlin / Java / JVM ecosystem) and other knowledge workers. Under my Xemantic brand I am consulting on the introduction of AI solutions to organizations, facilitating completely autonomous reasoning on top of Claude / Anthropic models.

I have vast experience as a software architect, lead developer, deep tech hacker, usually delivering solutions that give my clients a competitive advantage on the market. E.g.:  

- Business Process Management system called PCM for Nordic Consulting & Development Company, deployed in many insurance companies and handling hundreds of thousand business processes designed using graphical notation together with insurance domain experts.
- Custom geospatial database allowing Bonial (KaufDA brand in Germany) to scale indefinitely.

With more than 2 decades of IT experience I can support organizations in technical leadership and improvement of their software development process.  
  
My preferred software stack is Kotlin multiplatform, where I can create a solution once, and deploy it to any platform, including backend, web, android, iOS, smart watches, etc.
