IT Administrator

Since I started work in IT, I became more aware of Customer Service - and how it really looks like. I have great experience in IT Support, helping customer with their daily issue become my job, which I like. Since couple of years now I am working mainly in Global Organization, and thank to that I improved my English, I have leaned how to work in multicultural groups, what “process” mean in big company. I learned a lot about ITIL and analyzing.
I am looking for challenge my work, so I am happy to try slightly different roles (as media content creator or internet analyst, etc). Also, I would not mind finding job in area of my hobbies: Dog adoption and Hemp Industries (which is growing now, in high speed)
