- Cybersecurity & Information Security
- Knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN configurations.
- Understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risk mitigation techniques.
- Basic experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and SIEM tools.
- Familiarity with incident response frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls).
- IT Support & Help Desk
- Proficient in Windows and Linux administration, including user account management and system troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Experience in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services.
- Ability to handle ticketing systems and remote desktop support tools.
- Networking & System Administration
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network protocols.
- Basic experience with Cisco networking devices and configurations.
- Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
