I have been accumulating experience in various roles, starting with hands-on software development, compliance management, management of teams and delivery of products. I have been part of fast growing startups, but also of established companies going through digital change - always taking responsibility for crucial projects. In the last years, I  have been in several leadership roles, closely connected to technology and tech-startups.
