Lufthansa Technik, CHC Helicopters
Lead team to create proprietary software being able to handle the enourmous complexities o
sourcing in the MRO market (1000s of parts and up to ~1000 suppliers in each tender).
Sold and executed on 3-5 tenders ($50M-$150M) to external consulting customers
annually, realizing savings of 20%+ on every single project, leading to extraordinary customer
satisfaction
Direct P&L responsibility and budget for division, highly profitable since start, consulting
usually about 4 times division cost (!)
Developed best-practise contract for the industry, negotatiated about 40 supplier contracts
annually, created automatic contract generator and managed about 100 supplier frame
agreements on an ongoing basis
For several aviation customers, developed procurement strategies for entire spend portfolio
including multi-year strategic roadmaps and execution
