Managed key migration initiatives during the transition of REWAM(REFS) solutions: travel management and car fleet management from Novartis to Sandoz. Led the migration of essential business functionalities, managed complex project timelines, and implemented effective governance frameworks.
Managed global projects across multiple sites, successfully integrated new product portfolio, and achieved successful implementation of Oracle Active Data Guard. Coordinated resources and stakeholders, managed steering group meetings, and achieved successful consolidation and migration of central repository to cloud solution.
Achieved successful OTA platform integration and data migration for a very large project with a budget of 2mln euro over 2 years, involving more than 30 people. Managed migration of 150mln subscribers data and successfully managed Data Center migration program.
