* Managed the educational platform development of the number one Hungarian business school
* Driving the efforts of a CEE regional bank by building its digital capabilities while laying the
foundations for its agile transformation, introducing a new QBR system, designing future agile tribes,
overhauling the recruitment strategy and building an in-house SWAT team to transfer ownership of
the overall program
* Managed the UX workstream through the complete solution design and ongoing product development
of an asset-based consulting tool, merging UI and UX efforts with rapid prototypes. The program
combines the best of top-tier consulting, hands-on capability building and a new breed of intelligent
tooling
* Leading a team of 6 to build a digital planning tool with an advanced algorithm to digitalize a global
pharmaceutical client's production and quality control facilities. We achieved a batch throughput
