Description:
1. Exporting/versioning/configuring & importing Corporate & Succession data models using XML.
2. Loading data/selective delete (if required). Full load and Incremental load.
3. Setting up Role Based Permissions (RBPs) and dynamic roles and groups as required.
4. Design & Develop custom Foundation & MDF (Meta Data Framework) objects.
5. Configure Business rules and workflows.
6. Apply business rules in workflows.
7. Develop relationship between Foundation and Generic objects using associations .

project.
2. Working together with offshore teams virtually and local teams in Malaysia.
3. Responsible for Recruitment and Onboarding module requirement gathering, writing FDD
(Functional Design Doc), Unit testing, UAT and retesting failed scenarios.
4. Testing full recruitment cycle from requisition to offer and preboarding/onboarding & moving to
HR.
5. Developing HR reports in cloud.
6. Working with technical consultants on designing possible solutioning and workarounds.
