Working on a large scale and complex Ruby on Rails monolith application that is modularized with Packwerk and uses Sorbet for type checking
- Improved the quality of a large and complex codebase by adding missing tests, refactoring code & existing tests alongside working on new features etc. , This further strengthened Indeed Flex core product offerings to retain & further grow the company's clientele and list of partnering agencies
- Improved observability by implementing event tracking & creating redash dashboards. This also helped to analyze current application usage & drive future product roadmap decisions
- Documented domain specific & technical know how related to the existing product & its supporting tools. For team members, this not only helped resolve development/support queries faster, but also promoted knowledge-sharing among them & reduced manual Q&A follow up.
