obligations, to address privacy gaps and mitigate privacy risks, provide project management
leadership and support for privacy-related projects, working closely with appropriate functions and

* Privacy Counselling: Serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders in the various Swarovski

* Risk mitigation: executing DPIAs, PIAs to assess and audit projects and initiatives, creating Balance
tests
* Training & Awareness: coordinate, oversee, deliver, or ensure delivery of effective privacy training and
guidance to all relevant employees, building up privacy knowledge base in global knowledge
management tool and organize privacy awareness campaigns
* Monitoring: Monitoring privacy regulations globally and adapt existing compliance documents and
processes accordingly
* Incident Management and Individual Rights Processing: managing and addressing escalated requests
and complaints from data subjects, as well as privacy incidents and personal data breaches, drafting
accurate answers and liaising with regional counsels and other relevant functions
* Third Party Management: execute DPA gap analysis, support the privacy third party assessment
process and, where applicable, execute transfer impact assessment, and ensure appropriate use of
privacy contract templates related to latest Schrems decisions
