* Work as a consultant about business processes, Supply Chain & Logistics Management and SAP 
professional area

* Develop the company strategy by ensuring customers delivering with expected safety, quality and delay & continuously streamline supply chain activities
* Direct production planning, procurement, warehousing, distribution, financial forecasting and stock inventorying
* Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
* Management of supply chain & logistics teams, support and train team members. Identify potentials, help them improve and retain them within the Group.
* Adapt managing styles according to subjects: control, give autonomy when needed
* Make daily meeting on the teams activity and follow indicators
* Create and adopt polyvalance within the team: divide various projects between team members and
motivate them
* Manage the salary & working hours evolution of the team according to budgets and in order to keep up
motivation
* Define and follow consumable, general expenses and investment budgets, make sure they are respected and allocate them according to Group' s policies
* Follow Warehouse & Logistics labor productivity and take necessary actions to reach the target
* Create and maintain close relationships with internal and external customers
* Follow indicators of final products and raw material, their evolution and control that the terms are
respected, alert and take action if necessary
* Make sure that stock levels of raw materials and final products are at the right level and take necessary action if not
* According to sales forecast, provide production quantities by months for the upcoming year, validate with general management and share with related teams
* Prepare long term factory loads, SIOP and material planning
* Take part in new products projects to represent supply chain & logistics needs and constraints (raw
material, production plan, shipment dates)
* Create and improve supply chain & logistics procedures and make sure they are respected
* Communicate with Supply Chain & Logistics managers of Groupe Atlantic and share issues, best
practices, improvement possibilities
* Participate to workshops for subprojects of SAP before project implementation, VSM workshops
* Factory Transfer & Closure Project, new factory structuring & adaptation

* Manage, supervise and direct the activities of local and import procurement, material/production planning & logistics and warehouse to ensure proper function of Supply chain in the company
* SPS (Schneider Production System) Management, KIC (Key Internal Control) Management and SAP
usage & consultancy in MM, PP and SD functions to be able to manage and improve SC&L KPIs
* Establish and implement supply chain strategy to ensure efficiency, speed & quality in supply chain
* Anticipate and understand the impact of cost and financial drivers associated with effective resource
allocation, coordinate cost reduction activities in supply chain area
* Effectively evaluate claims & ensure compliance with contract requirements and deadlines
* Contribute SIOP process & Demand Review meetings, establish strong cross-functional relationships with internal business partners (Production, BU) to help driving business towards company objectives
* Drive forecasting and planning process to ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain to
ensure on-time delivery
* Manage and implement P2DC local sales & exportation project with Distribution Centers in Budapest & Istanbul - MRP parameters, Gross & Net Inventory follow up, PO management of Distribution Centers, EDI connection integrated with SAP
* Manage & implement PMP & PWP (Phase in & out), E2E Lead Time Reduction & Production transfer,
inventory reduction projects
* Manage and improve Omega Warehousing System integrated with SAP
* Improve Shortage & Back Order Line Management, daily order prioritization system
* Proactively lead and contribute MPP (Master Production Planning) meetings which is the key process for high level global logistic performance
* Coordinate and lead Supply Chain & Logistics team for implementation of SPS rules for following
topics: Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Management, Inventory Management, Production
Control, Replenishment Strategy, Kanban Methodology, Value Stream Management, Upstream Supplier Management & Procurement, MPH-Evacuation & Replenishment Process
* Factory Closure Project responsibility as the remaining last manager in the plant
