· Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
in department.
· Generating, maintaining and updating employees'
personal files;
· Preparing payrolls on wages and other payments;
· Making employment contracts and drafting orders;
· Handling discipline and termination of employees in
accordance with company policy;
· Kee ping employee attendance reports for all of the
company's structural units;
· Issuing, maintaining records and drafting schedules of
leaves and absences;
· Providing information on recruitments, events, employee
transfers, replacements, dismissals;
· Overseeing the daily workflow of the department;
· Providing support and guidance to management, and
other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive
questions and issues arise; may be required to administer
and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such
as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating
allegations of wrongdoing;
· Liaised between multiple business divisions to improve
communications.
· Creating learning and development programs and
providing internal development opportunities for
employees;
· Document control and archiving;
· Performs other duties as assigned.
