I worked with geoinformation systems in Qgis for 2 years, also worked for 2 years on the project "Segmentation of goblet cells in histological images" (Ours collected a data set for training a neural network from microscopes, they taught me the architecture for their needs, received a small grant), my main work is just the same in Python (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, a little Django), I also know javascript, html, css in theory.
