Managing the “Press Test Drive” event/ project in Lisbon for 10 European countries/ markets with more than 100 journalists for the launch of the new smart #1 electric SUV

managing and coordinating 2 external PR agencies, 1 external event agency, internal departments (legal, logistics, marketing, PR) and liaising with local CEO and management of smart Portugal

on-site inspection (Lisbon) of event location, hotels, logistics

risk management including identifying and assessing risks and establishing risk management protocols and work-flows for all areas and along the complete timeline of the project including prep phase

managing the implementation of the PR strategy in 10 European markets and localization for each market specifics

starting the process to build a corporate governance model and best practices
