Team Lead, Finacle core banking application Engineer
* Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, testing, and executing all Finacle application
project request from bank business /process owners and banking regulation request from Central Bank of Nigeria. I
also providing technical and administrative leadership for the Finacle Core banking customization and development
team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Guide team development efforts towards successful bank project solution delivery.
* Providing banking solutions for business owners by developing APIs, Menu, Script through Finacle customization.
* Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
* Identify areas of growth and improvement within the Finacle team and optimization of Finacle applications.
* Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices, quality testing
