SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant

• Provide expert advice on SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality.
• Design and configure SAP FICO/PS/PSM-FM and SAP S/4HANA Finance to meet client business requirements.
• Carry out business process re-engineering to cater for the agile nature of business processes.
• Collect, analyse and document customer requirements on:

-Existing business processes

-Assist in data transfer mapping on migration templates.

-Determining reporting requirements

• Carry out information system process design.
• Carry out S/4HANA Finance Migration and Conversion activities.
• System conversion from SAP ERP to SAP S/4HANA
• Carry out data migration from client’s legacy systems using LTMC, the S4/HANA Migration Tool.
• Determine printed forms requirements.
• Conduct implementation and training workshops using SAP Enable Now.
• Provide guidance on end-user documentation and test plans.
• Conduct and document unit tests-UATs- based on customer defined and re-engineered business scenarios.
• Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for integration requirements.
• Design system integration and interface specification.
• Configure for system integration within SAP and between SAP and other non-SAP systems.
• Provide functional specifications to the technical team for any customized developments.
• Design and map out customer workflow requirements.
• Conduct and document Super User and End User Training using SAP Enable Now.
• Maintain a healthy stakeholder and client relationship
• Post-implementation system support after Go-Live.
• System Audit

• Leading SAP projects, prioritizing work and overseeing multiple projects in parallel.
• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team.
• Oversee SAP projects to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.
• Ensures that all SAP project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives.
• Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.
•  Develop and oversee detailed project plans.
• Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.
• Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. • Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
• Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Convey and report status to executives, and all other key stakeholders.
• Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.
