As a pastry chef with Crab Tervern Restaurant i was tasked to do the following among
many other duties,
*Heads the pastry and bakery kitchen department,
*Designing menus and new recipes,
*Directs and coodinates the daily operation of the kitchen,
*Ensures that the quality of the products is maintained as per the standards,
*Make sure that all the SOPs are properly followed,
*Incharge of the training,
*Making the orders and doing the daily requisitions,
*Ensure hygiene is well maintained and all HACCP procedures,
*Oversee production of wide variety of pastries, desserts and breads.
