I've been working on the health insurance bussines for over two years. I've been assisting US citizens on regards of their health insurance information, as well as their policies payments. Afterwards I was promoted to Supervisor, and I led a team of very capable agents to provide the best quality of service to the members. At the same time I was in charge of analyzing the calls from our members, for quality control purposes.
