Skills

What drives me as an interim manager is my enthusiasm to work with people to further develop HR processes in an international environment, especially in the CEE region. My customer and project focus is mainly on international medium-sized companies as well as on rapidly growing (international) start-ups. Here is my contribution to support the development of professional and efficient digital HR structures in complex and (time-) critical situations. Since I enjoy working professionally and privately with people from different cultures, I took the opportunity to learn languages from the CEE region (Czech, Hungarian, Slovak) and to use them in mandates and in private environments. So I was able to build up a good network in CEE and DACH.
