Project Description:
Momentive Performance Materials, Inc. is an American chemical company.
Momentive's products include silicones used in several markets. as well as quartz and ceramic
materials. The company also produces raw materials such as siloxane polymers and various additives,
including silanes, specialty fluids, and urethane additives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Involved in the roll out of SAP WM solution for Chennai Manufacturing site.
* Responsible for requirement gathering, blueprint documentation, function designs, testing and
deployment for Warehouse Management solutions and functionalities.
* Prepared documentation of configuration rationale for WM and Functional specifications for new
requirements as well as for the new change requirements, required for SAP WM roll out for
various countries.
* Identified the Fit and Gap in the existing template and proposed new solutions for the Gaps.
* System build/configuration for SAP WM for the upcoming rollout activities.
* Handled Data Migration Cutover activities for all objects in WM module scope and supported
huge warehouse reconfiguration activities.
* Worked in identifying the Gaps and Fits of business requirements and proposed the customized
solutions for implementation.
* Conducted user training enabling employees to get familiar with the system and develop
hands-on experience.
* Worked in WM RF interfaces throughout the releases.
