I've been building up a solid and knowledgeable work experience since 2010 not only in sales but customer service, technical support, back-office, chat, and email team. I hold more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry. I also worked as an English–Spanish private interpreter, Private English teacher, local tourist guide, Property management here in Nicaragua, I also have experience as a cold caller setting appointments for a company in the US, I have more experience in sales working for some friends companies based in Nicaragua.

I consider myself an excellent sales representative and I always try my best to give the extra mile and achieve any goals.
