Project Overview: This was a migration project wherein system was migrated from old legacy system to new Katalyst portfolio which
offers a uniquely comprehensive array of business and operational support systems (B/OSS) and service delivery solutions that enables
External & Internal provider to innovate lead and profit in the connected world.
As a Program Manager & Sr. Functional Consultant Following were my responsibilities: -
* Managed testing for end-to-end project ensuring system is meeting Stakeholder business needs and requirement, including third
party application, also managed postproduction testing support.
* Perform system analysis of complex clinical applications. Perform clinical workflow analysis studies and document processes and
workflow.
* Collaborated with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for solution design.
* Developed comprehensive solution blueprints, encompassing system architecture, data models, interface designs, and
integration patterns.
* Created high-level design (HLD) documents, outlining the overall solution structure and key components.
* Collaborated with development teams to create detailed low-level design (LLD) specifications for each component.
* Conducted design reviews and provided feedback and recommendations to optimize solution designs.
* Worked closely with development teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and coding standards.
* Conducted proof-of-concept (POC) activities to validate design assumptions and feasibility.
* Assisted in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the development and testing phases.
* Collaborated with quality assurance teams to develop test strategies and validate solution designs.
* Provided support and guidance to development teams during the implementation and deployment of solutions.
* Conducted post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
* Own and manage the apps/services life cycle with internal and external development teams, including definition, development,
and launch.
* Develop and implement a go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute. Evangelize the product to all internal &
external stakeholders.
* Implemented end-to-end Workday HCM and Financials solutions for clients, leading requirements gathering sessions, system
design, configuration, and testing.
* Conducted business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and provided recommendations for streamlining HR and
Finance processes within Workday.
* Developed and delivered comprehensive training programs for end-users to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of
the Workday system.
* Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday integrations, leveraging Workday Studio and EIB
tools to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
* Created complex reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Advanced Reporting to enable data-driven decisionmaking
for HR and Finance stakeholders.
* Assisted with data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in
the new Workday system.
* Provided ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues, responding promptly to user inquiries and resolving
system bugs or configuration errors.
