Worked as a SAP MM-IM/WM Consultant for US, EMEA, NEA and INDIA Landscapes. Worked closely on preparing Business Requirement Document. Responsible for Preparing the Presentations for the Delivered Solutions and Preparing the Minutes of Meeting. Responsible for updating the GAP Log and RAID Log from MM Side. Preparing Functional Specification Documents and carrying out Discussions with ABAP Team on Developments, Reports and changes in current programs. Responsible for Configuration, Development and Testing from MM & WM side according to ASAP Methodology. Worked closely on the Solution building and testing part for Vendor Non Conformance & Returns. Worked closely on the Solution building and testing part for Loss in Transit. Maintaining the Configurable master data such as Purchasing Groups, Condition Records etc. during the Playbacks and Cutover Phase. Responsible for Configuration & Testing of Inter Company & Intra Company Stock Transfer process, Subcontracting and Pipeline Procurement. Responsible for maintaining the Factory Calendar & Shipping Calendar by considering the Downtimes and Public Holidays. Responsible for Data Validation, Data Migration & Data Upload through LSMW and MASS Programs during the Mock, Cutover and Post Go-Live Period. Assisted users in User Acceptance Testing during the Rollout Phase and Post Go-Live Period. Preparing Application Understanding Document and Configuration Document Responsible for Preparing End User Training Manuals and Trained Key users & end users during rollouts and before Go live activities Resolved Hypercare issues related to previous developments and handled multiple change requests post Go-live.

EPEC is an e-commerce platform facilitating SC2B (supply chain to businesses) transactions of industrial products, serving Sinopec as well as providing procurement, sales, financial and general services for global enterprises.

Preparing Business Requirement Document. Responsible for Preparing the Functional Specification Document. Closely worked on Field Mapping & Data Mapping from SAP MM End. Responsible for System integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Worked on custom Development and Reports. Responsible for Master Data upload and its related changes. Handled issues related to Business workflows, which are extensively used in PR & PO Release.
Also, helped the Business SME’s in updating the PO and PR Release matrix. Responsible for Configuring the Configurable Master Data. Resolved Support Issues and Tickets within customer defined SLA’s. Regularly attended the weekly status update meeting.
