Working as a Plant Manager, having a primary responsibilities include the daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, raw material, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and corporate policies.
• Responsible for entire production unit. (Includes Production Reports, Packing Reports, and Quality Reports).
• Ensuring running the plant with maximum efficiency & productivity.
• Generating raw material requirement as per monthly order.
• Ensure the efficient processing of incoming raw materials while maintaining end product quality standards.
• Responsible for Inventory Management Raw Material & Finished Good.
• Responsible for Invoice Verification of Raw Material Receiving & Finished Good Dispatch.
• Managing the procurement of accessories like poly bags, cartons, consumables & necessary items.
