Process engineer

I am Chemical engineer (Universidad de Oriente); With diplm of MSc on Production, udgrading and refining o Heavy Oil, graduated in Venezuela with French Institute of Petroleum; with 16 years of experience in oil refining industry. I have been working as process and project engineer, 4 years in process plants and 9 years in expansion project. In deep conversion project I worked 4 years as process lead engineer and then as My activities and experience involves:

• Monitoring and control of process indicators and troubleshooting in utilities units
• Monitoring and design for storage, shipment and sale of petroleum and refining products.
• Review of engineering documents: PFD, PID, operating procedures, preservation procedures, descriptive documents.
• Simulation of process design ( PROII, HYSIS, INPLANT, HEXTRAN)
• HazOp analysis, SIL study, 3D model review, troubleshooting analysis
• Coordination to reply technical documents and formal communication with CONTRACTOR.
• Review and coordination of activities related with change order, contract scope, startup procedures and QA/QC verification during execution of EPC lump sum contract.
• Quality control based on engineering standards, (ASME, API, ASTM, environmental standards)
