* Designing the end-to-end EWM solution (Inbound / Outbound and the Internal process) for the
Spares and Repairs process for the Semiconductor client. Major role being Solution Architect and
Project Manager
* Led the Design phase of the project (40+ Gaps identified) and ensuring the closure within the
budget and time. Helped in the Estimation and driving the proposals at each phase of the Project.
* Led the Review effort for the Functional Design documents, Change Request to get the deliverable
to the closure. Key member for any client escalations.
* Led the effort for the SAP audits and reviews.
Spares and Repairs process for the Semiconductor client. Major role being Solution Architect and
Project Manager
* Led the Design phase of the project (40+ Gaps identified) and ensuring the closure within the

* Analyzing the few new Inbound FIORI 2.0 apps introduced and involved in Requirement Gathering
and testing.
* Managing 10- member team in the Inbound area
* Hands on in designing, writing the Functional Specification, Configuring and end to end testing
(Including UAT)
* Pro in below processes in current Project including configuration:
* Unloading, Put-away, VAS, Deconsolidation, Transportation and Supplier Cross docking process.
* Demand replenishment, Wave picking, Packing and Goods Issue.
* Hands-on experience in customizing the RF Screens for picking/ad-hoc loading as per the client
requirements, Queues and Resource Management
* Process Oriented Storage Control for multi-step inbound processes and Layout Oriented Storage,
designing the WOCR (Warehouse Order Creation rules)
* Integration with the Quality Management
* Expertise in Retail Warehouse Processes i.e., Allocation & Replenishment
