- Develop and implement process using standard RPA design principles, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
- Worked with Business Analyst in preparing the Process Design Document (PDD) and inidentifying the requirements. Involved in Client meetings along with Business Analyst.
- The Bots were designed using latest RE framework from UiPath for smooth functioning of the automation solution and to handle all business and technical exceptions. The orchestrator queues were also used as a part of solution design to deploy, schedule, monitor and manage the Bot.
- Ensuring Client requirements get translated into Functional specifications and eventually into a detailed level design.
- Enhanced automation queries using different checkpoints and used recovery scenarios for error handling.
- Assisted the operations team in creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.

- Developed the module of downloading POs from Dynamics CRM, creating cases, and sending them to the OCR Engine (ABBYY) to extract the desired information
- Created Document Definition in ABBYY FlexiCapture for Invoices (FCI) tool and trained for 100 customer PO formats
