Role & Responsibilities: -
* Manage orientation, system on-boarding (SAP), all Joining formalities & Exit Formality.?
* Handling SAP as an end user (PA40, PA30, PA20, & Report generation).?
* Manage orientation, on-boarding, and formalities for employee exit.?
* Maintain and update HR-MS data.?
* Involved in employee's Performance and Development Plan review and final scoring.?
* Manage consultant & vendor payments timely.?
* Supervise employee engagement programs.
* Develop SOPs, process flow charts, Suggestion Scheme.
* Support Administration Department.
* Work towards addressing grievances of third-party employees.
* Guide the interns and Junior Administration Executives for Administration or Management tasks.
* Oversee additional responsibilities- housekeeping, R&D, Security, cafeteria management.
