I have hadled a support project for a retail sector client which mainly deals with Labels management.

* Experience in Developing, Implementing, Customizing, Integration and Testing.
* Ensured close operational support to users to include training and consulting.
* Worked closely with application product development ABAP teams to ensure the analytical
requirements are implemented within the system.
* Experience in work area management, Incident/Accident management, Risk Management, Measurement
Management.
* Configure SAP EHSM and interact with the Technical team for enhancements involved as per the
WRICEF requirements.
* Experience with SAP Basis/Security concepts like User roles and authorization issues. Worked
closely with ABAP teams for the product development to ensure the analytical requirements are
properly implemented within the product.
* Experience conducting requirements analysis, meeting with business owners, and performing
current state system analysis.
* Configured and made settings for basic data like exposure groups, agents, medical
examinations, health surveillance protocols for person s exposed to agents, physician's
diagnosis, approved health clinics, etc.
* Involved in blueprint workshops for gathering requirements and freezing blueprint document.
* Involved actively in Unit testing, Integration testing and various UAT's. Experienced in work
area management, Incident/Accident management,
* Managing, Handling, Treatment, Analysis and Disposal of effluents for various process's and

Reason for Gap: I was having land dispute cases and was facing difficulty in flying in and out
of the state (Kerala), so I had to resign and settle up all the cases running in the court.

clients.
* Mapping of Regulatory data through ARIEL and SAP (SERC) updates. Mapped data for data
conversion of EHS specifications. Wrote SOP and training materials for the users for Classic
EHS and PLM.
