I am a seasoned event manager with extensive experience of planning and executing national and international events. I am passionate and creative about designing and organizing different types of events, from B2B and B2C to B2P events.

My strengths lie in overall project management and subproject management, in the creation of KPIs and evaluation procedures, as well as in the creation and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for events. I ensure that events run smoothly and that all deadlines are met. Thanks to my extensive experience in resource and operational planning, I am able to efficiently coordinate all areas involved and ensure that all teams and departments are well-informed and prepared.

Another of my strengths is the implementation of structures and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of event planning. I am also able to assess project risks and find innovative solutions to minimize potential problems. Thanks to my comprehensive understanding of budget management and controlling, I am able to keep projects within budget.

I am a social team player and understand the importance of ensuring good communication and collaboration. I work closely with different teams, managers and departments to ensure that everyone involved is aware of the objectives and requirements of the event.

Another of my strengths is my ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and remain productive under pressure. I am flexible and adaptable and can quickly adjust to new situations and changes.

In my career to date, I have already managed numerous successfully implemented (international) events. I look forward to continuing to use my skills and experience to create exceptional and memorable events for clients.
