One Mobile PA & One Mobile
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Handlings tickets (One Mobile) in daily basis and provide solutions to the users through
ticketing tool.
* Ensure timely response and resolution of problem tickets within the stipulated time period.
* Participating in giving KT sessions to new resources and attend the KT sessions to update
knowledge on new incidents
* Update the Technical specs in Solution Manager when changes done and upload the same in
SOLMAN.
* Managing and delivering all SAP functional change requests, fixes and enhancements.
* Involved in requirements gathering, preparation of specifications, and execution for new CRs.
* Coordination across all modules within the project team for arrangement of Offshore Onsite
Discussion Sessions for Knowledge sharing, thereby gathering detailed understanding of
different processes implemented
Objects:
* Bug fixing in custom bapis zbapi_service_order_create, zbapi_service_order_change.
* Pop up during PO release with last three PO details.
* To display the excess inventory Report in MM module.
