Spearheaded the role of the first Global Inside
Sales Consultant, focusing on educating and
evangelizing the market about the UiPath
Platform and Robotic Process Automation for
emerging enterprise customers and partners.
Contributed to a successful lead qualification process
and consistently surpassed sales quotas.
Pioneered the first classroom-based training
program for emerging enterprise partners, which
received outstanding feedback and was adopted
company-wide.
Developed and maintained relationships with over
50+ implementation partners and secured 300+
customers for UiPath.
Collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional
teams, including Finance, Legal, Product, Presales,
and Tech, to ensure top-notch customer experience.
My next role evolved to second employee of the
UiPath Paris office, working closely with the UiPath
France General Manager.
Successfully managed and expanded strategic
customer accounts within the banking sector,
surpassing sales targets, and providing training to
new Sales team members.
My third role was: second employee in the CEE sales
team at the Bucharest office, collaborating
closely with the VP of the CEE region.
Opened up the market and achieved remarkable
growth in the customer and partner portfolio
throughout the entire CEE region, consistently
meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Maintained data accuracy and reports in Salesforce,
Clari, HubSpot, and Wrike.
Served as a public speaker and panelist at numerous
marketing events.
