BAT is in the business of Tobacco Manufacturing. With their production plants spread across Russia,
South Africa, Poland and Serbia, Romania, Turkey. Aim is to Implement a 5 Plant Integrated MES
Solution.
Project Environment
* Software Tools: Apriso FlexNet (MES Package) - versions 9.5,2016, Visual Studio.
* Database SQL Server 2008 R2,2012

Project 1: BAT Support
* Resolved tickets as per SLA.
* Resolved high priority ticket.
* Good experience to work on call support and resolved high priority tickets.

* Participated in Requirement collection and analysis in Russia.
