Project history
Spearheaded successful delivery and implementation of B2B project and B2C portal and mobile app. Effectively implemented and integrated ERP systems, optimizing business processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Product owner and delivered the project for GTT communication. Designed data-driven workflows using Camunda, created wireframe designs with Adobe XD, Figma and developed project documents.
Successfully revamped and integrated the Customer Portal for importers/exporters with back-office stakeholders for Ministry of Commerce and Industries. Developed Requirements Analysis Documents, Software Requirements Specifications, Use cases, and all functional and non-functional project documentation.
