10+ years of end-to-end experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration, covering the complete migration lifecycle: extraction, staging, data cleansing, relevancy rule application, conversion rule design, transformation, validation, load execution, and post-load validation/reconciliation.
Proven expertise across both greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA implementations, with hands-on proficiency in:
- SAP Migration Cockpit (Direct Transfer, Staging Tables, File-based approaches)
- LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit)
- LTMOM (Migration Object Modeler) — custom object/field mapping and rule configuration
- SAP Data Services (BODS) for complex ETL and data quality management
- Native HANA / SQL Script for data modeling, performance tuning, and custom extraction logic
- Python for automation of data profiling, cleansing scripts, and reconciliation reporting
