Senior Tech PM and Business Analyst hybrid with 19+ years delivering digital transformation, technology projects and products across FinTech, startups, retail, travel, and digital agencies, working across the UK, Germany, Ireland, Spain, and USA.
Discovery and BA specialism. I run structured discovery phases as a core part of every engagement: stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, user journey mapping, gap analysis, BRDs and PRDs. I consistently prevent premature build by defining what needs to be built before a line of code is written. Comfortable across backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT leadership, and sprint planning. This BA/PM hybrid approach is my primary differentiator: analytical rigour in delivery, delivery discipline in analysis.

Pivotal role at FinTech venture capital studio supporting launch and early delivery of Beam, flagship mortgage fintech product. End-to-end discovery, MVP definition, technical partner integrations, strategy, operational tools setup, business analysis, risk & status management.
