With almost 20 years of experience gained on numerous full-cycle SAP ERP / CRM implementations and upgrade projects for more than 20 international clients operating in a variety of different industries, I have assumed almost any role during all phases of an SAP project including project preparation, business blueprinting, realization, testing, training, go-life, and post-go-live support working as project manager, team lead, solution architect, hands-on functional consultant and technical ABAP developer.
Besides exceptional business process analysis and re-engineering skills I can rely on 20 years of extensive hands-on functional and technical knowledge and experience in SAP ERP (Customer Service, Sales and Distribution and other R/3 & ECC modules) and SAP CRM (Master Data, Marketing, Sales, Service/IBase, Interaction Center & Middleware, including WebUI). In addition, my overall excellent knowledge of all SAP offerings allows me to design and implement complex system architectures that include SAP and non-SAP systems. This unique combination of functional and technical ABAP skills, knowledge and experience ensures a maximum of success on SAP projects to benefit any client.
