Project history
I directed design processes across three product teams, enhancing the digital purchase journey for SAP Marketplace and Digital Commerce Platform, while providing UX insights to key business stakeholders.
- Tackled complexities of pricing breakdowns, display of product metrics, prerequisites, and third-party payments integration within the ‘Configurator, Cart & Checkoutʼ journey.
- Redesigned and streamlined sections for Plans & Pricing, Reviews, and Add-ons applicable to 500 SAP product pages.
- Played a pivotal hands-on role in evolving a new design system as part of the company's largest migration project in history.
- Developed a new UI for a lead and deal management app, featuring a comprehensive dashboard that resolved significant usability issues for SAP partners and operators.

- Teamed up with investment analysts to develop and test an enterprise advice module projecting an investorʼs drawdown rate through complex scenarios. My prototype demonstrated strong utility 82 SUS score) and enabled the business to meet an important deadline set by the Australian government.
