Project history
Enabling, leading and facilitating Agile transformations. Creation, improvement and optimization of processes that allow the customer to achieve their key business goals and targets more efficiently. Daily work on both levels: delivery team(s) and product department. Implemented activities impact the entire product development lifecycle: needs identification, planning, analysis, development/validation, deployments and maintenance. Trainings created and provided to the IT-departments and business-people.
