Enabling, leading and facilitating Agile transformations. Creation, improvement and optimization of processes that allow the customer to achieve their key business goals and targets more efficiently. Daily work on both levels: delivery team(s) and product department. Implemented activities impact the entire product development lifecycle: needs identification, planning, analysis, development/validation, deployments and maintenance. Trainings created and provided to the IT-departments and business-people.

Main roles are the following: consultant, expert, evangelist, servant leader, facilitator, coach and gardener of the talents.

Role and responsibilities are the same as in the current role: "Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Trainer: Nov. 2021 -
present". Additional activities include step-by-step implementation of the best User eXperience principles and
tools, facilitation of hackathons, preparation and delivery of trainings for students, optimization of the support
processes and facilitation of the Lean Start-up initiatives.

Active driving of transformation from traditional (Waterfall) to the Agile style of work: business analysis,
development/validation, release management and reporting. Preparation and conduction of the trainings for
business and IT teams.
Implementation and support of team rituals and rules, facilitation of team events, impediments removing and
guarantee of the team orientation to the customer's values. Introduction and support of Software
Craftsmanship mindset and eXtreme Programming (XP) practices.
