As SAP HR/HCM Lead consultant, the primary responsibility was to recognise and translate the requirements of the business to usable HR IT solutions within the business standards and guidelines I had Managed, designed, implemented and upgraded and supported,  SAP HR modules primarily, SAP HR payroll, Time management, OM, PA and ESS and MSS and HR forms.
I had Implemented, supported and lead HR project teams consisting of multiple work streams and HR activities for over 12 years with unique cross industry experience and multi country legislation exposure, including full life implementations of multi country payroll and time management. Also, I had managed and lead the team of sap support (tier1, tier2 and Tier 3 consultants) and implementation consultants over the last couple of years.
As an SAP HR consultant I had been involved in designing, configuring and testing some of the below SAP HR modules, I was responsible for holding workshops, interpret business requirements into design and Blue print, configuring and testing of the system.
