Project history
Project:- Application Support Tech Lead- BMG
BMG has a group of around 40+ applications for its Royalty Run calculation and Supply
chain activities. Most of the applications were hosted in GCP. Infosys was providing the L2
support and maintenance of these applications
Role&Responsibilites:- TechLead Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for the
applications. Responsible for availability, operations and maintenance of all the applications.
Coordinating and resolving the Major Incidents. Mentoring team members on Technical and
process aspects. Alert and monitoring setup in GCP.
Project:- eFiliale - Deutsche Post
eFiliale is the online shop for Deutsche Post.
Role&Responsibilites:- Support Lead Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support for Customer
Service Agents, adaption of Devops for eFiliale project, Setting up CI/CD Tools, Setting up
Monitoring Managing Performance issues, Release Management,Environment
Management,Change Management Deployment Management
Project:- Single Sign On Project - Deutsche Bank
EidP application was developed using RedHat SSO product to replace existing RSA based
WebSSO as bank's Central Identity provider. Adaption of RHSSO provides support to
OAuth and OIDC in addition to existing SAML support. RedHatSSO was customised to the
needs of the Bank to secure the web and mobile applications.
Role&Responsibilites:- IT Application Owner responsible for onboarding the application
to Devops Tool Chain, Environment preparation, Monitoring, Alert setup, SDLC
Management,Release, Deployment and Change Management (Service Now) Disaster
Recovery Testing,Setup and Handover to l2 and L3 support.
