Steven is a mature personality with a strong sense of organisation and planning. He started his ICT career as a Helpdesk Engineer and then gradually evolved towards various System Administrator and IT Consultant roles. As a Wintel Architect Steven was also involved in creating an architectural vision and validating the architecture against requirements and assumptions. His role not just involved technical design activities but also other activities that are more political and strategic in nature. The last few years Steven has been working in more management like positions. As Program & Project Manager, he developed the ability to resolve versatile and complex issues, and communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language.
