Roles & Responsibilities:
* Handled the full cycle of recruitment -sourcing, screening, validating, offering and closing
resources for C2C & W2 IT/Non IT requirements and sales.
* Worked with Direct Clients and implementation partners, assigned to work on three to four
requirements in a day.
* Submit 2-3 qualified candidates with ongoing changing priorities of job requisitions while
maintaining a sense of urgency for each.
* Pre-screened candidates with detailed phone-screens evaluating candidate's compatibility with
specific job requirements, ensuring a right fit, prior to submission to the client.
* Based on the client's requirement, sourcing & short-listing the candidates using internal
databases and job portals like Dice, Monster and Tec fetch.
* Building vendor relationships for quick and better results for obtaining the right profiles at
the right moment. Used Constant Contact for mass mailing purposes.
* Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
* Handled Vendor Management Systems such as Beeline for final submission of resumes to clients.
* Convincing the candidate on the respective offers, benefits and terms & conditions of the firm.
* Gathering rate confirmation and authorization of the candidates from employers before initiating
resume(s) submissions.
* Negotiating rates with consultant's who are USC and GC's under W2 and C2C.
* Following up with candidates for interviews and final process of the candidates.
* Regular follow up with the offered candidates to ensure that candidate joins as per the
scheduled date.
* Well versed with all kinds of tax terms related to US Recruitment, namely Full time, C2C
Contract, 1099 Contract, W2 Contract with and without benefits.
