Responsibilities:
* Led the integration and migration of HubSpot marketing/CRM projects.
* Develop, implement, and maintain project timelines across multiple projects.
* Ensure that project lifecycle deadlines are met, software development stages are completed on time, and
communicate updates across all channels.
* Understand business requirements, design, and implement management tools/solutions in workforce
management, project management, and internal collaboration to increase operational efficiency.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and
coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development
through implementation.
* Work with the resource managers to predict resources needed to reach objectives in an effective and
efficient manner.
* Articulate problems, bring the right people together to solve problems, and know when the problem has
been properly addressed and closed-all this with the proper sense of urgency that the problem requires.

Reason for leaving: I was hired on an FTC basis for specific MTN/Vodacom projects.
Responsibilities:
* Led the re-introduction of USSD service for Vodacom that resulted in ~20% boost in company profits for that
quarter.
* Managing client relationships and expectations in alignment with commercial KPIs.
* Analyze and execute regional strategy according to account roadmaps, support new products' deployment
and operational targets, in cooperation with account management and IT Ops team.
* Drive the definition of project specifications and client requirements, involving all relevant departments and
ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability.

banners, and social media platforms for digital projects such as Idols South Africa, The Voice South Africa,
Survivor South Africa, and Big Brother Nigeria to highlight a few.

Africa.
* Work closely in tandem, build and nurture stakeholder relationships with Multichoice stakeholders.
