I have more than a decade of experience working in customer service. While I've had a variety of roles, the position I enjoyed the most was working as a client services coordinator at a digital marketing agency. I was responsible for facilitating client communication, distributing requests to others and answering questions. This allowed me to assist our clients and learn more about a variety of departments. One of the most significant projects I assisted with resulted from an issue with our web hosting services. Our service provider alerted us that they experienced a data breach that may comprise all accounts. I immediately created an email for us to send to our clients to let them know to change their website administrator login information, and I delegated clients to everyone to call, too. As a result, clients appreciated our proactivity, and we avoided any issues with account security."
