- Designed the platform architecture and technical roadmap (frontend, backend, and cloud)

- Led end-to-end product development: requirements, UX, implementation, and delivery

- Built core modules including contractor–company matching, quest management, and worklog tracking

The platform introduced an alternative approach to task and time management, enabling automatic time tracking and always-up-to-date workspace data — even with limited offline support.

I led the product vision, system architecture, and end-to-end development, working hands-on across the full stack while coordinating contributions from my wider engineering network.
