- Consulting work - reviewing the current monitoring solution and creating a gap analysis report to improve the monitoring solution and user experience for the various teams.
- Play the role of Subject Matter Expert for the solution to be implemented.
- Requirement Gathering and conducting Product
Workshops.
- Prepare Solution Design.
- Responsible for End to end delivery of Solution. - Customizing the solution to meet business objectives.
- Make the client aware of best practices as per
ITIL.
- - Preparing SOP, Test scripts.
- Conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT). - Provide Operational support.
- Conduct solution demos for customer for POC.
- Conduct Operational and Administrator level training for solution implemented to the
Operations team.
