Project Manager, Flow coordinator

I have a master in Civil Engineering.
I was at the basement of the 4GL Uniface in Belgium, within it I make a lot of big databases and technical support of the tool as much as developer, analyst and also formator.
I completed a big and very long contract in a gas supplying company starting with programming and analysing applications (invoices application, customer data management system, gas measurement), switching progressively into project management; leading to the translation of others department's (especially business) needing in IT 'language' and analyse.
As this contract touch its end, nowadays I'm looking for a contract in project management between IT and other departments.
To summarize: As part of the project management activity, I am focused on creating specifications with end users, analysing needs, planning stakeholders and the various creation phases. Finally designing computer applications on several development software as detailed in the service sheet.
