Enabling the HR Department/Business to improve the quality of the offered services, as well as
improving efficiency through the implementation of system changes.

The activity can be mainly broken into the following three areas:
* Support/Consultancy for all components used in the productive system.
* Internal projects with the aim of adding new functionalities, adapting current
functionalities or rolling out existing solutions to additional companies adapted to their
specific requirements. (creation of technical concept, implementation, data migration,
after Go-Live support until the end of the project)
* Change management: working with the business towards finding the right solutions,
creating the technical concept and implementing it accordingly.

My responsibilities (broken down by component):
* Organizational Management: maintaining Evaluation Paths, ALE Distribution,
maintaining the authorization concept for indirect role assignment + PD Profiles, PCH
LDB.
* Personnel Time Management: Working Schedules, Holiday Calendar, Absence/Presence
Quota customizing with different generating methods, rules for day type, PTARQ Leave
Request and adjustments/corrections in the Time Evaluation Scheme.
* Personnel Administration: Dynamic Actions, Infotype View Modification, PNP/PNPCE
LDB knowledge, defining the use of the User Exits Programs in order to achieve
functional expectation.
* Cross-Application Time Sheet: using the CATS as an Interface between an external front
end and the Employee Master Data.
* HR Authorizations: HRAUTH, PD-Profiles, defining the use of HR Authorization Objects
(SU21) in PFCG Roles with additional knowledge of authorization check handling in
customer developments.
* Fiori based ESS/MSS processes.
* Administration of Fiori LDP.


General abilities: Customizing, Debugging ABAP Programs, LSMW, OAOR, HRFORMS (basic
knowledge), SAP Script (basic knowledge), Gateway Services

2016HR Payroll Administrator

Main Job Role responsibilities were maintaining the Employee Data Base (DACH) which consists
of 2 components:
1 Personnel Administration: Payroll relevant information with direct impact in the Payroll
and all the Time & Attendance relevant information;
2 Organisational Management.
The main team objective and the service level agreement of our German Payroll Team was to
ensure that all the Payroll relevant information that was sent to the HR Team was in the SAP
System for the monthly payroll run.

Secondary Role as SME, which consists of a vaster variety of tasks:
* Complex Restructures.
* Reporting.
* Data Consistency throughout the Data Base.




* Single point of contact between any system changes
and the DACH HR Team.
* Locking/Unlocking/Password reset for SAP Users.
* Coaching, training and supporting colleagues with any System related topics.
* All complicated unique issues that might occur also fall under this Role.
In addition to the above mentioned, we also provided support via dedicated employee Hotline.

Main tasks as a HR Administrator for DACH region:

1. Documentation creation
* new hire documentation, leavers documentation, absence documentation; reference letters,
sideletters, salary letters, contract addendums, non standard documents, annual processes.

2. SAP data entry & maintenance:
OM (Organisational Management) for Germany, Switzerland and Austria: employee positions,
organisational units, divisions, organisational changes, organisational restructurings, reporting lines,
dotted reporting lines, cost centers per divisions/business units/projects, functional keys, job keys, job
titles, workplace.
All this information is vital for all the HR related systems (ex: BTalent, NewScale, Lotus Notes, Case
Management Tool, etc.) used by the company since SAP Data Base is the data source for all internally
used tools.

3. Reporting:
* Head count reports (monthly or at request).
* sickness reports.
* OM/PA reports (reports that include a combination of personel and structural information);
* Predefined reports.
* Ad-hoc Query reporting (any manager could request any type of report depending of his
needs).
* BW Reports.
In addition to the above mentioned, we also provided support via dedicated employee Hotline.
