Enabling the HR Department/Business to improve the quality of the offered services, as well as
improving efficiency through the implementation of system changes.
The activity can be mainly broken into the following three areas:
* Support/Consultancy for all components used in the productive system.
* Internal projects with the aim of adding new functionalities, adapting current
functionalities or rolling out existing solutions to additional companies adapted to their
specific requirements. (creation of technical concept, implementation, data migration,
after Go-Live support until the end of the project)
* Change management: working with the business towards finding the right solutions,
creating the technical concept and implementing it accordingly.
My responsibilities (broken down by component):
* Organizational Management: maintaining Evaluation Paths, ALE Distribution,
maintaining the authorization concept for indirect role assignment + PD Profiles, PCH
LDB.
* Personnel Time Management: Working Schedules, Holiday Calendar, Absence/Presence
Quota customizing with different generating methods, rules for day type, PTARQ Leave
Request and adjustments/corrections in the Time Evaluation Scheme.
* Personnel Administration: Dynamic Actions, Infotype View Modification, PNP/PNPCE
LDB knowledge, defining the use of the User Exits Programs in order to achieve
functional expectation.
* Cross-Application Time Sheet: using the CATS as an Interface between an external front
end and the Employee Master Data.
* HR Authorizations: HRAUTH, PD-Profiles, defining the use of HR Authorization Objects
(SU21) in PFCG Roles with additional knowledge of authorization check handling in
customer developments.
* Fiori based ESS/MSS processes.
* Administration of Fiori LDP.
General abilities: Customizing, Debugging ABAP Programs, LSMW, OAOR, HRFORMS (basic
knowledge), SAP Script (basic knowledge), Gateway Services
