Skills

  • Developed customer-specific features as libraries for the Body Control Module (BCM) ECU, delivered to both Continental and Bosch, adhering to software requirements up to ASIL B level. Libraries as RemoteStart of the vehicle, Interior Lights, Remote Lock Unlock.
  • Participation on several PFITs in Wolfsburg at VW factory and directly testing/developing the features on the car.

  • Cybersecurity: Established a cryptographic stack for securing the instrument cluster's security features. Configured both synchronous and asynchronous algorithms using CSM, CryIF, Crypto_SW, and Crypto_HW. Configured the Secure Hardware Extension (SHE) and CAIP devices, configurations done in EB Tresos plus specific CDD created for offering APIs to third parties.

  • Autosar-Compliant Project for Instrument Cluster: Configured DCM and DEM packages for the diagnostic stack, including DTCs, DIDs, IO control, and routines, implemented specific routines for directly accessing the I/O to control the FAN, display, sensors, for production team. Developed and integrated custom device drivers (CDDs) for various functionalities into the system eg module similar to IPC (InterProcessComunication) which established the communication between 2 controllers.

  • Developed together with the team a DCM like module on a non Autosar environment which receives UDS commands via DoIP.

  • Developed together with a team a FOTA module for instrument cluster, Bank Synchronisation module.

  • Integration of VW SFD (security) module into non-AUTOSAR system, configured the module in EB Tresos generated it and  created a wrapper to provide all RTE connections needed.

  • Tools used : EB Tresos, JIRA, GIT, SourceTree, Microsoft Visual Studio, IBM Doors, CANoe, Cmake, winIDEA, Greenhills debugger.
